The Girlgaze Network is a multi-side SaaS platform company built on a mission, to close the gender gap and to champion diversity, inclusion and representation across the creative industry. Girlgaze not only challenges companies across the creative industry to stand up and make solid, not momentary, long lasting commitments toward equality and respect, and elimination of biases, it offers a solution to help hirers do so.

Through the power of its innovative technology platform, the Girlgaze Network connects its extraordinary global, curated community of women and non-binary creative talent with the world’s best companies and hirers.

At Girlgaze I built a curated community of 12K Gen Z and Millennial emerging and established creatives globally and a fan base of 300K on social media. I created and executed the digital content and marketing strategy, hired and managed a team of creatives, paired creatives with subscribers hiring on the platform, managed support, and created and led educational programming opportunities for artists, and more.
