Generation Pride | The Social Impact Center

Generation Pride was a month-long multimedia education and storytelling campaign culminating with a virtual summit in partnership with nonprofit, The Social Impact Center and my agency, Radical Womxn.

Virtual Summit: A full day of programming which featured a full spectrum of influential speakers including the likes of Cleve Jones, Frenchie Davis, Bamby Salcedo, Laganja Estranja, and Cat Packer , educational programming, unique performances highlighting the intersections of LGBTQIA+ and marginalized communities, and virtual art exhibition titled On the Inside. The artwork was created by incarcerated artists of the Black and Pink community, curated by Tatiana von Furstenburg.

UGC Storytelling Campaign: Leading up to The Summit, we shared the stories of the thought leaders, revolutionaries, and changemakers of the LGBTQIA+ community that have paved the way. Rooted in togetherness, Generation Pride asked the community to join in the movement and tell their own stories to become the new enforcers of equal rights using #GenerationPride.
